Amber Heard, Musk, had Threesome, witness claims

A witness in the Amber Heard, Johnny Depp trial claims that Amber Heard had a three-some affair with Elon Musk and Clara Delavigne while still married to Johnny Depp. The claims were made by Joshua Drew, an associate of Amber Heard, during the November 2019 case. Suprisingly, this testimony was not used in the current case between Depp and Heard. It is possible the plaintiff was not allowed to use this testimony, however, the details and actual testimony are all over social media. In the video deposition, Drew who is the ex husband of Rocky Pennington - Amber's friend is heard giving testimony about the three-some claim. However, this portion was not included when it was played by the defence in the current trial.

While the three-some claim may not be relevant to the libel case, it does cast doubt on the veracity of claims made by Amber about her relationship with Johnny. Johnny Depp' wife claims repeated domestic abuse and was granted a temporary restraining order
Amber Heard appeared in a Los Angeles court on Friday with a black eye and claiming domestic abuse at the hands of Johnny Depp. Heard's lawyer submitted photos of other bruises to support the claim   that this was not the first time Amber has suffered abuse at the hands of Johnny Depp. This incident comes on the heels of a   statement made on Thursday by Johnny Depp after the couple filed for divorce to end their 15 month marriage. Amber Heard claimed in court documents that she endured excessive verbal and physical and emotional abuse at the hands of Johnny Depp for the duration of their short marriage.  According to Amber, she got the black eye when Depp threw a cell phone at her during an argument.
